ABOUT ATLANTA SISTERS IN CRIME

Our Vision is to serve as the voice for excellence & diversity in crime writing.

The mission of Sisters in Crime, Inc. and Sisters in Crime Atlanta Chapter is to promote the ongoing advancement, recognition and professional development of crime writers and engage readers with content that is entertaining and educational.

OUR MISSION

At Atlanta SinC DRAFT, our mission is to provide a supportive platform for writers to grow, learn, and thrive. We are dedicated to nurturing creativity, sharing knowledge, and promoting a love for literature among our members and the local community.

The Atlanta Chapter of Sisters in Crime offers a diverse, welcoming, and supportive community of writers and readers of crime fiction.

WHAT WE OFFER

Our programs are presented by and for people interested in crime fiction. Please check our calendar for upcoming the date and time for upcoming events.

·       Monthly chapter meetings on second Saturdays of the month focus on educational programs of interest to writers and readers.

·       Virtual Write-Ins

·       Off the Shelf on fourth Saturdays of the month, introduces readers to new authors over Zoom.

·       Reader reviews on random Saturdays of the month provide member opportunities to introduce our members to new authors.

JOIN OUR COMMUNITY

To join the local chapter, you must first be a member of the Sisters in Crime national organization.

SinC Atlanta local chapter dues are $25.00 annually and are used for programs, speaker fees, and other member benefits.
